Brownie Pudding Pizza
1 package (about 21 oz.) brownie mix
1/2 cup creamy or chucky peanut butter
1 1/2 cup cold milk
1 package (4 oz. size) instant chocolate pudding
1 cup thawed cool-whip
1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
chocolate syrup (optional)
- Prepare brownie mix as directed on package; bake in greased 12-inch pizza pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool thoroughly in pan.
- Transfer to a serving platter (optional)and spread peanut butter over brownie base. Pour milk into shaker cup; add pudding mix. Cover and shake vigorously 1 minute. Let stand until slightly thickened. Pour over brownie. Spread with whipped topping. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Garnish with peanuts and drizzled chocolate syrup, if desired and cut into wedges.
