Cheese Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza


This pizza has a gooey, cheesy stuffed crust and is super easy to make, pepperoni too.


1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 onion, diced
2 pkgs 6 oz each pizza crust mix
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup hot water
8 sticks string cheese
1 cup tomato basil pasta sauce
2 oz sliced pepperoni


  1. HEAT OVEN TO 450F. Coat skillet with cooking spray. Heat.
  2. Add pepper and onion, cook until tender and golden. Combine crust mix, Parmesan and garlic powder with hot water. Cover, let rest 8 min.
  3. Coat pizza pan with cooking spray. Press dough into pan. Cut 3 cheese sticks in half lengthwise, place on dough 1 inch from edge around entire crust. Fold edge of dough over just to cover cheese, press to seal dough. Push stuffed crust back to edge of pan.
  4. Spread dough with sauce. Pull apart remaining pieces of cheese to form strings, place over sauce. Top with pepper and onion mixture and pepperoni.
  5. Bake 17 min. or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
