Store in airtight container
3 egg whites, at room temperature
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
6 packets Splenda
1 tsp. vanilla
- Preheat oven to 200 F.
- Put egg whites and cream of tartar in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer.
- Add Splenda one packet at a time, whipping well in between.
- Add vanilla and continue whipping until whites are very, very stiff. This may take several minutes.
- Place heaping tablespoonfuls of the mixture onto a cookie sheet.
- Bake in 200 F oven for 75 minutes.
- Turn oven off and let cookies sit in oven for two more hours.
