Cobb Salad Wraps


This would be a good baby shower luncheon entree.


1/2 (5 oz) package mixed greens
4 skinned and bone grilled chicken breasts, sliced
6 fully cooked bacon slices
3 medium tomatoes, sliced
2 avocados, diced
6 (10") tortillas

Blue Cheese Chive Vinaigrette:
1 cup olive oil and vinegar dressing
1/2 cup crumbled pasteurized blue cheese
1 T. fresh chives
Stir together all ingredients to thoroughly blend.


  1. Layer mixed greens and next 4 ingredients evenly on flour tortillas. Drizzle evenly with Blue cheese chive Vinaigrette.
  2. Roll up tortillas tightly. Wrap each in parchment paper; tie ends with rafia, if desired and cut into half.
