Coconut Pie


3 large eggs, beaten well
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 1/4 cups sugar
3/4 stick margarine or butter, melted
Can of coconut
1 unbaked pie crust


  1. Mix first 5 ingredients well, and add one can of coconut. Pour into crust, and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until firm.
