Corn Pudding


Serve hot.


2 eggs. beaten
2 cups cream style corn
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup corn meal
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash Pepper
2 tbsp. butter


  1. Combine eggs, corn, milk, cornmeal, onion, salt and pepper.
  2. Pour into buttered 8 inch square baking dish. Dot top with butter, sparingly.
  3. Bake in preheated moderate oven 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees or until knife inserted comes out clean.
