Crockpot Golden Beef Stew
Serves 4 to 6.
1 can (14.5 oz) beef broth, or 2 cups
1 can (14.5 oz) stewed tomatoes
1 can condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
1/2 to 1 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup cubed potatoes
1 1/2 pounds lean beef stew meat
frozen vegetables (peas, green beans, etc), if desired
salt and pepper to taste
- Combine first 8 ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Add frozen vegetables, if using, during the last hour. Salt and pepper to taste.
