Danish Roast Chicken
Serves 4
1 plump chicken
3 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon ground red paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 bunch parsley
1 tablespoon butter
- Preheat oven to 375F. Rub the chicken with oil and sprinkle with
- paprika, salt, and pepper. Arrange chicken ona roasting pan. Stuff the parsley inside the cavity wtih the butter. Reduce oven temperature to 350F and roast chicken for 1 hour and 30 minutes, basting every 20 minutes.
- Cut into four parts and serve hot.
