Dill Pickle Pickups


2 hard-cooked eggs
salt and pepper
Worcestershire sauce,
Tabasco
Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon mustard
Chopped onion
Parsley


  1. Chop 2 hard-cooked eggs. Season with salt and pepper, 1 teaspoon
  2. Worcestershire sauce, a dash of Tabasco, a few drops of lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon mustard, a little chopped onion and 2 tablespoons minced parsley.
  3. Add a little mayonnaise - just enough to bind the ingredients.
  4. Spread crackers with a savory parsley butter. Put slices of dill
  5. pickles on each and top with a spot of egg mixture.
