Flank Steak Teriyaki


Serves 6.


1 large flank steak
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tablespoons cooking oil
2 Tablespoons honey
1 Tablespoon wine vinegar
1 glove garlic
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root OR 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger


  1. Mix all ingredients together and marinate flank steak for several
  2. hours. Broil for 4 minutes on each side for rare, or to desired
  3. doneness. Slice thinly on the diagonal and arrange on a heated
  4. platter.
