Hamburger-rice Casserole

1/2 cup chopped onions
1 pound ground beef
1 can condensed vegetable soup
3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
1 cup instant rice


  1. In skillet, cook ground beef and onions, till meat is brown and onion istender; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well.
  2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes.
