Mexican Cream Cheese Roll-ups
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2/3 cup green olives, chopped
1 (2.25 oz) can chopped black olives
2/3 cup onion, chopped
8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
Salsa for dipping
- In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, olives and onions. Spread this mixture in a thin layer onto tortillas. Roll tortillas and chill until firm. Slice chilled roll-ups into 1 inch medallions. Serve with salsa for dipping.
