Mini Meatballs With Cheese & Parsley
1/2 pound each ground veal and pork
1 egg
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley leaves
1/4 cup minced onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbs olive oil
flour
- Combine first 6 ingredients. Mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls.
- Put oil in skillet. Heat. Coat the meatballs in flour and add them to the oil. Cook until browned all over.
