Mocha Cookies
GARNISH WITH ROLLED SUGAR COOKIE WAFERS
Instant Coffee, 1 tsp
Hot Water, 1 tbs
Chocolate Sweetened Condensed Milk, 2/3 cup
Vanilla, 1/4 tsp
Frozen Whipped Topping, 8 oz container
Chocolate Wafers, 8, crushed
Rolled Sugar Cookie Wafers, 6
- Dissolve coffee in the hot water in cup. Pour the chocolate milk into bowl. Stir in coffee and vanilla.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into bowl, fold in whipped topping, stir in crushed chocolate wafers. Divide mixture among 6 dessert glasses. Chill several hours.
