Porcupine Meatballs


1/2 pound ground beef (very lean)
1/2 cup rice, uncooked
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1 (small) can tomato soup


  1. Mix beef, uncooked rice, salt, pepper and onion together. Form into oblongs. Heat soup, and drop beef meatballs into it. Cook over low heat until meat is tender.
