Porcupine Meatballs
1/2 pound ground beef (very lean)
1/2 cup rice, uncooked
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1 (small) can tomato soup
- Mix beef, uncooked rice, salt, pepper and onion together. Form into oblongs. Heat soup, and drop beef meatballs into it. Cook over low heat until meat is tender.
