Prime Rib Of Beef Rub

3 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon coarse ground black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons sea salt
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon herbs de provence

  1. Mix ingredients until blended. Use as a marinade or coat meat generously immediately prior to cooking.
